school. Getting the necessary credits for next June may be difficult. If he is not a good student or if he does not measure up as required for the NCAA, is his baseball washed up? I would like him to get into school first and contiune with something in baseball. Has anyone got any ideas?

If his grades don't allow him to get into a D-1 school right away, he can go to a junior college for the first year or two (however long it takes for him to make grades) and then transfer up. It happens all the time. His baseball won't be "washed up", they scout the jucos as well as the high schools.

You have the right idea, get into school first. That will also show him that you are putting a priority on school, and not just finding a way to get him into baseball. Also find him a school/coach that puts the same focus as you would on him, in other words... make sure his coaches are putting his education first as well.
