I work in a hospital and the other day a plane came in with a lady on it from South Africa. She could not have been any more on time. She got off the plane and was brought to the hospital and delivered a baby within 30 minutes.

I am suspicious she did it to get into the country. You would not believe the number of immigrants we take care of that have no insurance, no money and leave us stuck looking for someone to take care of sick grandpa. We cant keep em in the hospital forever. No ID, No social security card or anything and their family gives us some lame excuse like, they were visiting and they developed all these problems after they got here from whereever.

The baby may have duel-citizenship until it's 18, but after that he/she has to choose which country they want to be a citizen in! The mother will need to get her citizenship like any other immigrant, though!
