is there any way of blocking my pictures or document files ?

just wondering if i let another person use my internet . is there any way of blocking them from seeing my picture or document files if they are using the same log in as me ? thx

download and install PC Security
and lock folders u want and keep the pc security password for urself

If you're under XP, have them log on as guest. That should limit their access to sensitive areas like your documents and your pictures. The only things they can see are shared documents and shared pictures, etc.

If they log in under your username, they have the same access to things as you would, so that's highly unadvisable. If you don't have a guest login, go to Control Panel and under User Accounts activate your Guest account for them.

move your contents to a folder. right click on it then hit properties then check the box making folder private
