Mine would be 1st to always have more wishes, 2nd to have good health and stay 25, and 3rd would be to grant other people wishes with my powers.

I would want the health of my family
Money to help others as well as my family
But I would want to be able to buy clothes that actually fit my body type. That's a bit shallow i know, but it is a struggle for me.
