The easiest way to make your own website is to use Web Sphere - IBM - Microsoft Web Designer 2005 and there are plenty other tools like this to make web designing easy and fast.
Sorry forget to tell you that you can download Microsoft Studio free for evolution. You can learn it by using it.

there are several different ways to make a website, as to which way is best is just an opinion.
so do your research, ask around, google/yahoo "make a web site", or look at other websites for a link to the making process.

leard basic html code from http://www.w3.org. They have turoials. Then download nvu from www.nvu.com to start coding. when you think you go alittle more understanding under your belt get dreamweaver. It's a nice program to speed up the process. If you get discouaged contact a website builder like www.duelwave.com.

1.) You could learn to write markup in html OR
2.) You could use www.geocities.com and use their PageBuilder instead.
3.) You could try out different software to make websites in too.

you should know web page language like HTML.
if you don't, try to go with this site

they provide free Internet space. you can create site, without any knowledge of web page language.
