Both. They both have equal worth. Someone's sunset is anothers sunrise. In fact, what is the difference? When I look at either, I do not know if it is setting or rising.

A sunrise because it is the beginning of a new day. A fresh start when I look at a sun rise over the mountains. I love a sunrise.

It depends what you are experiancing during each. If you are tortured all your life during sunrise and pleasured during sunset, then sunset is worth more. It depends completely on your subjective experiance.

Worth is a question of value, so the answer to this question will depend upon who you ask. If you are looking for an objective, definitive answer, there isn't one. But if you are soliciting opinions, here is one:

Sunsets tend to be more visually appealing, but sunrises represent opportunity and hope, making them worth more to me.

My two cents worth...

That would depend on whether you are remembering, lovingly, all the things that have been in your life or you are looking, hopefully at all the things that might come into your life.

It also depends on how old you are. The older you get, the less "stuff" and the less "moments" you crave because you realize how very much you already have- so for those of us with AARP cards- sunsets are mighty beautiful and valuable.

For me, seeing a sunrise means I'll get to live another day.

I like a sunset better, but I don't think it's "worth" more.
