Only if you can over organize a bookshelf.

Defragmenting is just organizing your files into contiguous blocks. If there are no fragmented files, it doesn't have anything to Defrag! It is potentially pointless to manually defrag daily as it just waists YOUR time, especially if you haven't done much with the computer. But if you have a third party defrag program that supports scheduling, there's nothing wrong with a frequent, regular defrag.

Overdefragmentation???
Defragmenting the sys is a sys process where fragmented files in yr drives r saved continuously(or defragmented).
There is nothing as of Overdefragmen???
But it's possible that ur sys may be underdefragmented tat is some files may not be defragmented.

No, you can't.

Too much defragmenting could put excessive wear on your system components, not to mention waste electricity.
