can someone emancipate themselves when they turn 17 without going thru the 3 mths on their own?

my friend lives in Arizona. she is 16 and she has a baby. she wants to emancipate herself when she turns 17 but she dont want to go thru the 3 mths of proving she can support herself and her baby on her own. she has a job and wants to raise her son.

Sounds like she is already emancipated. Send her to the court house to file emancipation papers. Three months? Not in my state.
