i just went on the treadmill and i couldn't take it anymore because my legs and feet were itching a lot
i was almost crying
im also a beginner

No this is not normal! You need to see a doctor immediatly. What kind of shoes were you wearing? Did you talk to a coach, ad visor or doctor before using the treadmill? Were you given proper instructions in how to use the treadmill? Any time you experience an intense degree of discomfort when you do "any" exercise you should stop the exercise and seek help! Stay Hydrated!!!Drink lots of water and consult a physician~immediately~lay off the peanut butter till you get this straight!

Well when I started it itched some.. but not to the point of crying!

itching? is it becuase of the sweat?
i kno osme people itch when they sweat. maybe its just that
or maybe its the material of the outfit u were wearing. try to wear cotton or something instead
