Probably not. You spend entirely too much time on the computer. Additionally, you lack motivation, and have not displayed the confidence which you possess. Also, promotions are more likely after the fiscal year when budget and performance can be evaluated, so you don't have much time left.

the fact that you have to ask Y answers tells me that you can't ask at work and in that case I would say that not only will you not get a promotion but you should probably get a new job and start over.
