You have mothers fathers day,Easter,ect.Birthdays are for everyone.But why is there not a childrens,even adult day?You know like"sons day is coming up what do you think we should get him"?Same goes for daughters day.Theres not though.Mabey some one will get what im saying.It doesnt bother me at all,i would rather give gifts than receive,but i just wonder.

yeah i get what ur saying but did you know that in mexico there is a day for kids its called "El Dia De Los Ninos" its celebrated at the end of the month of April .

Kids day is everyday. They get want the what most of the time.
I think Christmas and Easter are Kids day too. If you are an adult you do have a day.Mother and father day.

As a mother of three little hellions( whom I adore to no end!) every day is their day for me. Todays children at least in my area, a very materialistic kids. They have to have the right clothes, the correct hair style and so on, but I have passed on to my children that each and every day we are blessed to have together is better than all that materialistic stuff. It's the quality of family that we have is what makes each day worth waking up to!

Yes! All kids would enjoy a day for themselves to enjoy. Get gifts as well. I seriously thiink its time kids get a Kids Day. Its not that I dont just love them, but I want them to feellike they are not left out!!!!

Everyday is "Kids Day" today. Kids have too much power and disrespect, etc. I applaud all of the good kids in the world!

you are forgetting to say "teen-agers day"...
we go through alot of stuff too. i dk. all holidays need an origin to become an official holiday, though there are very many special things that deserve a holiday,we tend to ignore it.
though many agree but all they want is another day to take off work,
