Norwegian Cruise lines recently advertised a 7 day cruise "ocean view" from Houston that stopped in Belize. It was $399.00 for cruise only. This would give you a chance to visit and find a local in Belize to give you advice.

That would depend on a few minor issues(I am Owner of a Travel Agency):
1-Vacation deal as in "Hotel/Air" only, or "All-Inclusive"? For how long?
2-Do you have a Travel budget? Your departure city?
