Trust me, it doesn't enlarge you breast, just gives you a giant boob hickey..... gotta love it! lol.

That really does not sound health or make much sense. If it just strechs the tissuse it will just make your brest look saggy and give them strech marks. I wouldn't try to use one if I were you!
