Magic. It has worked in the past and is an energy that his invulnerability cannot counter. Darkseid's omega beams have a focused continuum charge that also works. Learning magic would be easier. You would need to be on par with the greats, though. Equal to Phantom Stranger, Dr. Fate or the Spectre. During the Crisis on Infinite Earths all the world's magic-users focused their energy into Spectre, he was able to hold back the anti-monitor for a while, something two versions of the man of steel couldn't do even working together.

Magic.
The imp from the fifth dimension, Mr. Mxyztplk (pronounced mix-yez-pit-el-ick). His magic has stumped Superman many times. After the first few stories he changed the spelling of his name to Mxyzptlk. Superman can only return him to his own world by tricking him to say his name backwards, Kltpzyxm! This original story from 1944, was later borrowed for an episode of SUPERMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES, in the 90's, with the voice of the little guy provided by Gilbert Gottfried.

The most creative way to beat Superman was devised by a little known criminal named Luminous. He manipulated satellites owned by Lex corp to filter the sun's yellow light leaving only it's red light to bathe the Earth. Luminous also arranged this to happen during the most cloudy days in Metropolis so his scheme went unnoticed until the man of steel tried to use his powers and to his horror discovered he was weak as a kitten!
This was a brilliant plan! with Superman all of his power came from a yellow sun. with out the sun he's as strong as a mere mortal.

If you watch the old tv show with George Reeves, Superman could also be hurt by an ordinary gun. Not the bullets but the gun itself. Once the bullets were gone the shooter would then throw the gun which Superman would dodge.

he was in a fight with Captain Marvel once and lightning bolts from the Captain hurt him severly. And in the comic books he was killed by Doomsday. Ihave several of the issues pertaining to the death of Superman. A red sun can also hurt him.

Magic.
His tendacy to rescue mere mortals
His belief that everyone is good and decent
Shatter his confidence
Go through his loved ones
Drain his energy
Telepathy
Telekinetics that can shut off his blood vessels
Plan that he will always take the first punch instead of ducking to gauge his opponents, so make the first one good.
