there isn't a website but there is a service by google called google earth that you could use show a satellite image of any place in the world.

nothing can get that close in with a satellite except spy satellites and such, which I don't think are accessible by the public. Certain satellite programs on the internet will get in close enough to recognize streets or certain landmarks, but not close enough to recognize your own house.
