i've never heard of anything like that.

i would rarely have the need for it. if i actually have "excess" make up when i put it on...i either use a qtip or take a piece of paper and fan my face a couple times.

why would someone want to spend money on something like that?

I agree - loose powder. Put alot on, don't blend it in, then brush it away when finished with your eye makeup.

Lots and lots of loose powder, but it's different (lighter) than the powder you put on the rest of your face. It's alot lighter formula. Dunno, if its sold marketed as such.

Make-up remover ..... lotion works good but don't get it in your eyes
