Yes... there are many. A sentence composed of fact... such as the Sun is hot, ice is cold... One would be ignornant, or possibly handicapped to refute it. I believe you're asking for a more philisophical statement. I don't personally know anyone that could disagree with the statement that "life is not fair." But I don't know everybody either.

There will always be some curmudgeon that would disagree with a statement just to be difficult.
That said, I believe mathematics holds the greatest potential for a universally acceptable statement. "One plus one equals two" seems pretty unassailable, but also not particularly profound.
The earlier answer "I am" seems pretty convincing, reminds me of Descartes statement "I think, therefore I am" upon which he built his philosophy in Discourses.
