Just watch what she eats. Women are known to have cravings, and if she wants a double-whopper with cheese, please just say NO! This can make the labour last even longer. Try to eat light foods, that are "eliminated" (sorry, but this is true) easily.

Get a pedicure! It helps mom relax, and there are points on the foot that are known to induce labor! It is taught in massage school to avoid these areas in pregnant women because it can induce labor. look up reflexology for more info. Good Luck!

When I was pregnant and at like the last week I had rearrange my entire room. Moving beds, dressers, going up and down the steps I even went to the mall and walked around. What do you know two days later I am laying in the hospital bed. Good luck.

our midwife told us that the chemical they use to induce labour is presant in two natural things, pinapple and seamen.so eat lots of pineapple then go at it like rabbits.if this fails, orange juice and castor oil works but it tastes like $hit

Baby will come when it is ready and only then. You will hear lots of suggestions like hot curry, sex, raspberry leaf tea, running... none of them will work if the baby is not ready.
Enjoy the calm before the storm!

I did it all, curries, sex, walking, gallons of rasberry tea, castor oil orally and internally. I was two weeks overdue and desperate to avoid induction.
Nothing worked, absolutely nothing. Even when they started to induce me nothing happened, baby girl was quiet comfortable where she was .

Don't. Enjoy your last few baby free days. Take relaxing baths or showers, pamper yourself. You'll be very busy very soon and you will forget what alone time means.
