It is bacteria....a form of Jock itch...which happens to be the same bacteria that you get on your feet when you are in a public shower or locker room. It's peeling because that it your bodies way of getting rid of this fungus on the top....You need to use GoldBond not baby powder....that will keep your testicle dry and allow the bacteria to not get wet....if it does it will spread and be a little red and itchy and very sensitive to touch.and when it dries it will be a little hard on the surface and peel...GoldBond man, it's old fashion but that's because it works.

Alex, you may have a fungal infection. The main thing to do right now, is to try your best not to scratch it. It'll cause the skin to thicken up and make your itching worse. Try using a foot fungus cream on your scrotum (your sack). I would recommend some Lamisil. Wash this area twice a day, dry it thoroughly, and put the cream on it twice a day. Do this for a minumum of 2 weeks. If it continues, then you'll need to see a dermatologist. But to me, it sound like you've got the old fashioned "jock itch". Remember...NO SCRATCHING.....this is very important.....best of luck to you...........
