How do I get a serial number for my sims game, I lost the case and i just got a new comp and i cannot play it HELP ME!!! Just to let you all know, it is not an illegal copy i got it at Wal-Mart.

If you have an account and registered your game properly, you can visit the sims website, type in your name and password, and under your profile is your serial number.

you have to buy another one once the serial number gone that's it you should buy others that don't require serial numbers they come with 4 disc's instead

If you registered your copy you may be able to contact their technical support. I don't know if they keep that information, but if they don't I don't know who does. Good luck.
