I know that Red (Kurtwood Smith) said it on "That 70's Show"...I am not sure who first said it. Most likely one of France's allies during a war and they were tired of losing. I do agree. The french should just stay away from all forms of war period.

I said it back when I was pretending to be some general in some war when the French were acting like they were all tough sh*t. I can't remember who I was then; I've been so many different people in my incredibly long lifetime. But yeah, I said it.
