Most of these countries have no significant middle class and people can only afford the the extreme basics. For years they have watched their politicians line their pockets with the national treasury.
Then along come these guys that say they are going to help them. They are going to create jobs and make sure everyone has what they need. So the populace votes for them and they too rob the national treasury and some try to set themselves up as president for life as Fidel Castro did, Fujimora and Chavez..

they seem to think that by appealing to the idea of latinos taking back the southern western part of the united states they will automatically become successful and wealthy...if they cant run their own country and economy..what makes them think they can run one that is 50 times as big and not as corrupt..???? they would screw it up big time...
