There is no such university going by that name (Lim Nom) in Malaysia. It may be a "fly-by-night" university scam. Becareful! don't enrol into its course and do immediately launch a report to the respective authority - Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia.

However, you may have spelt the name of the university incorrectly. Could it be Lim Kok Weng University College you are refering there? If yes, surf to http://www.limkokwing.edu.my/

Never heard of this university of lim nom in Malaysia...
