Brittney -- no matter how you spell it -- means: From Great Britain. (BLAH, and YUCK)
Kaylee -- means: From "Kay" and "Lee" (WOW, no originality on that one)
There is also another spelling: Chaeli and that name actually means: Who is like God

I like Brittani and Kaylee.
It doesn't look like these names would go well together; is this only the first names? If she's looking to put the two together, I'd suggest she try a combination of Brittani and Katelyn, where the child can go by Kaylee (now or later).

Brittany and Kayliegh. I like Brittany because of the historical significance of the name, in-which the way its spelled, and as for Kayliegh its just such a unique spelling that the name stands out.
