Right now rapists and other extreme offenders are forced to be sterilyzed. Should more people be forced to do this?

No. The goverment should not have control over a persons body. When you hear about certain crimes it is hard to say that this is not something we should do. But once we start down this road there is no turning back. Your body belongs to you and nobody has rights to it but you.

Yes. And it's only recently that our loopy judicial system has put a break on this. Certain people simply should not be allowed to reproduce.

For example, there is a STRONG multi-generational component to violent crime. Being convicted of a violent crime should pull an automatic sterilization. This is probably the number one area where sterilization would be a good idea.

Another has to do with welfare and child support. A woman who has several children from different men and supports this pathology with welfare, should be sterilized to prevent this from happening. The same thing for men who leave a string of children from different women and refuse to support them. You should not be allowed to have children if you can't or simply won't afford them....especially if you are deviant. The alternative is to simply do away with welfare and let these people starve to death. Sterilization is a far more humane solution to one of the biggest social issues of our time. This would an excellent opportunity to force people into healthy habits by simply allowing welfare without sterilization ONLY for people who are married and raise their children together and stay out of trouble. Why? Because people like this are a plus for society. The woman having 5 children with 5 different ex-felons to support her crack habit is, ummm, not.

Finally, abortion. If you look at the CDC statistics, there are a number of disturbing trends. The first is the high number of abortions. It's about one in four pregnancies, now. No matter how you feel about abortion, that is an incredibly high number. The second is who is having all the abortions. Most abortions are had by women who have 3 or more abortions in their lifetime. That's sick. It would be a good idea to make sterilization mandatory if you have a second abortion.

Yes, the clueless women that continue to put children at risk, living with a pedophile, or someone that refuses to raise children right like repeat offenders of child abuse.

Yes. Women who can't keep their legs together or are too ignorant to use birth control and then have abortions should be sterilized.

This shouldnt even have to be discussed. Child molesters & rapists need to have their sex organs removed. Ever hear of Hammurabi's Law?

Yes, I believe these young little girls who get pregnant and have no means to support their child and expect their parents to do it for them as the "father" cannot even support themselves... The number of teenage pregnancy is outrageous and therefore, something should be done to stop it...

Yes. I believe that women who refuse to take care of their kids but continue to have them (my husband's aunt has 5 or 6 kids, is a drug addict and the state takes every one of them b/c she uses while pregnant and continues to have them), men who have 10 kids by different women and refuse to take care of any of them. There are also other cases too numerous to list.

I want to say yes, but I believe it to be against God. I believe that he does things for a reason. We, as a human race, really have no right to change that.
