Swiss army knife, whet stone, parachute. A Typical 64 ft canopy parachute has plenty of lightwieght type 3 nylon to adequately build a shelter, and enough thin nylon to filter seawater, or even form water from condensation if the island has grass. A knife to cut the parachute up, to clean animals and fish, the toothpick of course, and the can opener in case a can should wash ashore... And the whet stone to keep the blades serviceable.

Potable Water
A magnifying glass (Matches get wet and lighters run out of fuel - the sun makes a handy way to light a fire)
Fishing gear! (Food is so handy)
My heart replaces the last two with Jessica Simpson and a 150 foot yacht.......

I would take seeds (many kinds that would give me long term nourishment), a non-electrical water purifier, needle, thread and bolt(s) of cloth.
I would be fed, watered and clothed. I would make an axe from coconut shells to build a hut....and fish with the needle after I made clothing!
I would make a bow and arrow for protection and game hunting!

Hm, that's always a hard one. But I guess I would have to say:
1.) A friend. If you don't have someone to talk to, you will get depressed, scared, and I'm sure I would go insane. ;)
2.) Chapstick. What can I say? I have an addiction.
3.) some form of sugar, like cookies. I guess I have more than one addiction.

If i changed into stranded on a abandoned island i'd deliver my merely excellent buddy for help and corporation, water to live on, and a humungous blanket for warm temperature and luxury. i imagine it really is what i'd deliver, lol. with somewhat of success it would not take position even though it will be interesting if it did, lol.

First thing would be a bag of fruits and nut seeds. That way I can sustain myself. Second would be a knife. And third would be a car door. That way when I got hot I can roll the window down.
