I suggest that you pray about it before you do anything. Give him up to God. If God means for you to be together He will make it really great for you.
Then, You can make him some cookies. Give him a little note with them that tells how you feel.

Be prepared to accept the fact that he might not be interested in you. So don't go on and throw yourself at him. Don't be a slut just to get some guys attention. There are so many useless guys that will take advantage of you if you give them a chance. You can do much better than that.

basically think like a guyish girl. don't DON'T be bimbo; don't talk about things you know guys aren't interested in; always listen to what he says and take note of his likes and dislikes; always ask questions and put him in the centre of the conversation piece. absolutely important - be very funny. :) i guess at the end of it, if he reciprocates by asking questions about you, there's a good chance he notices you. otherwise, cast the bait at someone else. you can still be good friends with this guy i guess.

It depends on the guy you want to notice you. You have to decide what is your type. Attracting a normal guy requires humor, confidence and really just being yourself. Attracting meathead football guys requires blond hair, large **** and no personality.

Well, there are many ways. you can take your clothes off and start fooling around (eveyones going to notice you). Or you can be more subtle and flirt with a guy you like.

It probably will sound repetitive, but, try to just look always good, smile (when it is ok, to do it), outgoing... and try to find out what he likes... try to find out why? Well, be yourself too.. do not try to be other person. Enjoy it! and good luck.
