Or you obviously have never educated yourself on the meaning of either.

I think that by ultimately, they are referring to what tends to happen in real life, and not what is supposed to happen.

To answer your question, I think that communism and socialism work by giving the government (the people running it!) all (or most of) the power over every citizen and their life.

There is a saying: "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely"

It is unfortunate that this seems to be true in our world. It would be neat if there was some kind of Democratic Communism that had no leaders. I can't imagine how it would work out though!

Because they are unrealistic theories to begin with. In science, though people try, perpetual motion machines are impossible and not accepted. They are filtered out both practically and theoretically.

In political philosophy, there is no filtering process to exclude utopia's and unrealistic political philosophies. SInce some seem attractive to some people, they get accepted and then humanity pays the price.

The point is, the foundation of socialism and communism is based on wrong premises.

Because liberals create them. What do you expect? Liberals think that stealing is great. It is fine for them to take your money, pocket some, and then redistribute to those that will vote for them. If they get a big enough base, to hell with democracy, and they set up a dictatorship where they can do as they please.

These "freedom-loving" liberals are nothing more than shallow posers with a fascist agenda to fulfill. They already do it to babies.

It is completely evident that liberals have a love-affair with high taxes.

I think the best form of socialism is what's going on in Sweden, whereas it's more like a refined capitalist society. They take care of the workers, and they pay high taxes for it. It's not really capitalism and it's really not socialism, it's kinda in between.

what counts in a social system is how just it is - how close to equal pay for equal work it is - communism in theory and in practice was the most extreme injustice [theft] possible - because it involved taking everything off everyone and giving it to the state - which amounted to stalin - no wonder stalin had to kill 60 million russians to steal the country off them! - injustice is theft, and thieves get to feeling very insecure - no wonder stalin had to kill off the people around him periodically - purges - when youve grabbed everything, everyone is after your blood - not just the poor, but the ones close to the 'throne' who want to have the throne for themselves - so everyone is terrified, from stalin down - stalin is having to keep everyone terrified so they wont rebel, and stalin is terrified he will get the chop from someone, as ceausescu did, despite having the secret police of a nation to protect him

socialism is just a lesser degree of communism - from hard socialism, which still takes away the land, to soft socialisms, like scandinavia

capitalism is bad when it is unjust, good when it is just - but capitalism has never been very just

capitalism in practice so far is very unjust - not quite as bad as communism, but close - capitalism today in america is fascism, which is the same in essence as communism - stealing as much as possible off as many as possible - power concentrated in the hands of the few

americans still think they have a democracy - but the founding fathers of america knew that 'the republic', the land of the free would last only as long as wealth didnt concentrate in the hands of the few - which it has done over the last 200 years - now the govt is as bad as nazism or fascism or communism - and has about as long to last

the state built on injustice cannot stand - the purpose of govt is justice

we have pay from US$1 billion a fortnight to $1 a fortnight - that is, from a MILLION TIMES the average to A THOUSANDTH of the average -as far from liberty equality and fraternity as you can get

it was obvious to the founding fathers, as it is to common sense [which is very uncommon], that tyranny follows as soon as you have wealth concentrated in the hands of few - the work is spread, so money should be too - 1% get 90% of income - they certainly dont do 90% of the work -

we pay up to a million times the average payrate - it only takes 8000 people, being paid from the average to a million times the average to take all the earnings of all the people in the world - and we are 10% away from that - almost perfect concentration of wealth in the hands of the feww - and money is power - so power in the hands of the few too - tyranny - people so powerful they are above the law, completely free to rob as they wish - who are still squeezing $200 billion out of the third world, after centuries of stealing everything off the brown humans

so communism cannot be said to be selfish or unselfish - it was just damn selfdestructive - and capitalism is nearly as bad

all we have to do is limit fortunes to the max a person can earn ina lifetime US$2 million and distribute that money to everyone, and everyone will be paid US$15 an hour INCLUDING HOUSEWIVES AND STUDENTS - yep, that is how much wealth everyone earns [creates, by making goods and services] - and 90% get robbed of over 90% of that

and we sit around thinking our system is very good, just because communism was very bad -

justice is essential to happiness - no justice, no happiness - we have super duper huper extreme injustice, and the violence which that causes when you steal almost everything off everyone

violence escalating to extinction soon

we have to start practicing justice to survive and be happy - we have had 1000s of years of just everyone grabbing everything they can, and it has led to extreme injustice, disorder and danger to all, horrors and terrors daily

we just have to revive the simple common sense of some of the founding fathers of the land of the free - limitation of fortunes - the first thing they did after the decl of independence was to pass laws to limit fortunes - they failed but we cannot afford to fail, we have bombs that can destroy all life 60 times over -

we can be happy, extinction-free, and 99% of people better paid, by limiting fortunes - and bring back democracy and freedom

limit overpay, you limit underpay, and you limit the violence generated by the theft - violence which has reached and killed presidents

set a maximum fortune at the maximum a person can make, ie earn by his contribution by his work, andput the overfortunes into every account on earth - or go on sliding through terrors and miseries to oblivion

we have no choice if we want to survive

communism went, the whole world can go - every empire grew with equality and fell with inequality - injustice - this time if we fall we all die - we have to learn how to avoid theft, injustice, concentration of money and power in the hands of the few, who seem to go totally mad and monomaniacal about raking money and to hell with the planet and everybody in it - power corrupts - therefore you must get rid of overpower - work is spread, money and power must be spread - or we drown in violence

this is our last chance - no time for mucking around with egos and pride - we have to face facts - justice is the nonnegotiable price of survival and happiness

i can prove in a minute that everyone already agrees that we can be much much happier: everyone agrees that if a govt took 90% of income off 90% of people and gave it to 1%, it would cause giant violence, and if the govt stopped doing that, it would stop the violence - we have theft even greater than that, and violence even greater than that, and everyone already knows that only stopping that will stop the violence - which is escalative, accelerating to extinction, nuclear winter, perpetual global snowstorm, a triple iceage

selfishness is not bad - it is myopia of selfishness which is bad - it is not seeing the effects on you of hurting others - hurting others rebounds in your face - pay injustice is the greatest self-injury, self destruction - we are supposed to pursue our own interests - but good sense says dont hurt others, or they will hurt you back - a 100% selfish person would not hurt anyone - because he knows he is just creating enemies for himself - so get selfish - stop hurting yourself by hurting others -

an old readers digest article praised the swedes for ahving learned that you cant enjoy unless all enjoy - if you steal, you have angry people at you all the time - commit justice, it is the only way to stop committing suicide - justice is essential to happiness - we have been neglecting it for 1000s of years - time to stop or it will be too late

one person works for a fortnight and we give him a billion dollars - and we think that is right - he buys goods and services with that billion - he couldnt make that billion dollars worth of goods in a fortnight - he couldnt make them in a lifetime - yet we think we are right - and we think we are okay to pay another person $1 a fortnight - same amount of work - how mad! - what spell are we under? -

if your boss started paying some workers huge amounts per fortnight and others tiny amounts per fortnight, you would say he had really gone mad - and yet we do it and think we are awake and right

all we have to do is pass laws limiting fortunes as the founding fathers intended, and spreading that money around everyone, and we will avoid extinction, destroy 99% of violence [war and crime] and be 100 times happier, more fraternal [friendly]

check the message - confirm it is right - spread the word - time is short
