i have added them to my trusted sites,i even enable the pop-up from my yahoo toolbar,and i even went to tools and turned the pop=up blocker off does anybody have any ideal what else i can do...Thanks

to temporarily bypass your popup blocker hold down the CTRL key then click on the link that leads to your chatroom. then release the CTRL key
don't bother turning off your popup blocker. many programs have them and you could be running 10 popup blockers at once and not know it.

there might be a second pop blocker. go to tools at the top, then click internet options then click on privacy tab.

Whenever you click on something that says "pop-up blocked", just press CTRL and wait for the window to pop up easily.
