when ever i use my msnger pm i see all of them ofline well it is in chat room too?

when i enter the chat room and click any one who is on board as we talk on pm it shows me the person is offline but at the same time it shows online in the chat room did my setting gone wrong

No, the other person set their on-line status to invisible to appear off-line. You can download a program that will see through their invisible status, I think it's called Yahoo! Status buster. Google it.
