I think heels suck and I never wear them. A torture tool created by men for women, just like pantyhose.

There are gel insoles you can buy from a drugstore but you have to buy them first then go to shoe stores and pick you shoes.
I am flat footed, I wore high heels shoes when I was younger, at the age of 30 my doctor told me "you are a 30 year old woman with a 100year old feet. My advice to you of course is dont wear high heels shoe, you can still look good in inch heel shoes and you can find many designs nowadays.

You can go to a drug store or wal-mart and find some cheapo arched insoles or you can go to a pedietry office and get specially made arched insoles that would help a whole lot more.

I'm flat footed too. I just buy Clarks shoes. They are the most comfortable to wear if you have flat feet.

There are special arches that fit inside the shoes and make you comfortable. Ask for them at chiropodist clinics.

sure, wearing turn flops will deliver approximately problems over the years. not in user-friendly terms will it reason your arches to fall over the years, yet they don't furnish proper ankle stability, that would desire to deliver approximately different kinds of injuries. merely because of the fact they are delicate, it does not mean they are best for you! And for people who recommend merely getting turn flops with arch help, i don't purchase into that. i think of those arch helps are especially for classy purposes considering those type of sandals are familiar in recent times, so this is in user-friendly terms a merchandising tactic -- I even tend to have confidence turn flops and arch helps to be an oxymoron.
