It depends, first off what is the manga about and who is/are the main character(s) motives that carriers the story? This really matters if you're going to use a Japanese term, phrase, and characters as the title to your property because the Japanese language is based on the purpose and ways in-which words are being used. More so than simply than just what the word(s) mean. Simply put Dragon Ball is about what.......finding Dragon Balls so your story is about...........................
Once you fill in the blank, I'll bet that you won't need outside input on a possible title.
Peace.
Although I always love the word "crusade", makes the event/topic sound like a long and epic journey.

Think about what kind of traits your character has. What is something that stands out about them or defines them.
Type it into the dictionary search, and it can come up with words meaning, or related to it in Japan.
ex: Ichigo from Bleach is named that because of his red hair, and the fact that strawberries are red.
Yuki from Fruits Basket is called such because he looks slightly feminine, so he is given a feminine name.
Just use a reasoning that would make sense, and if they are a plain character, give them a fairly plain and normal sounding name like Tanaka Watanabe or something else that relates to John Smith, or Jane Doe in our language.
It really helps make the character feel more personal for both you and the reader.
