show him signals that u like and appreciate him.maybe he's afraid that u might reject him,but don't over do i t,don't act stupid in front of him,be confident,guys like congident girls coz the too in return feel confident with u.give him a sign,throw sentence which carry a double meaning that one of these meanings is that u like him or something about him.if he didn't understand,then he's too stupid or coward for you to go out with.but if u really want him and u've done everything that might encourage a guy to ask a girl out,then do it urself and take the 1st step.
