i suggest you rub some garlic on them at least thrice a week. it may not smell good and may appear yellowish, but i guarantee you, you'll have stronger fingernails... as for the smell, you can always wash your hands with soap and water after application. and for the yellowish nails, paint them! good luck!

Gelatin doesn't help. Calcium strengthens bones, not nails. To make nails stronger keep polish on them. If you hate colors, use clear.
Nails are weakest when wet, so don't file them or use them til they are completely dry. It worked for me.

Take calcium supplements and use a nail hardener. Keep at least a clear coat on them

Crystal C is correct. I started taking a vitamin every day and my nails look fantastic. Always keep something on them too. It gives them extra protection. If you don't like color, just put a clear coat on them.

there's this strengthening Sally Hansen nail polish that makes them stronger just apply it every other day and you will see the difference! get it at CVS or any other store thst sells nailpolish

Take Calcium tablets daily, also there are artificial nails that are glued to your nails and are trimmed with them as they grow.
