If the drugs were gone, then the so called "war on drugs" would dissolve which would decrease our prison population by 61%, which would put a lot of high dollar corporations out of business...the ones depending on prison slave labor...those guys working in our prisons are turning out a product, and where there is product, there is profit! People in this country are getting RICH on prisoners! One in every 143 Americans is behind bars...most for drug related offenses (mostly marijuana.) Have a look at the TRUTH behind the war on drugs (this is pretty chilling info) at:

this country..??? we cant let that happen, the politicians wouldnt get their "under the table" money from the drug cartels in mexico or south america...
people might become educated to the way politicians are screwing us daily...taxes, immigration, lack of enforcing certain laws..etc

health would improve..minds would become awake

job productivity would skyrocket..innovation would be the order of the day...the energy problem would be solved in a couple of years if that long...

I have a heroin addict for a son - he's 26 years old and running from the law right now. Our jails would be less crowded, there would be less theft and murder and lies. So many families could have their lives back. He destroyed us financially. It would be profoundly good.

I was an addict who got & has stayed clean since 1995, I also did time for drugs & stuff I did to get cash for drugs! By 'eliminate' do you mean 'legalize' or just get rid of them?
