Put a little soft music on ( if you wish) Carry a positive attitude about it. It does really help and just think of youself as a magic wand and everywhere you go, gets clean and sparkly - making your nice home beautiful and making those living in it all smile.

Putting a cd into the stereo and lighting a few candles works for me. the music makes me dance around a bit and the smell of the candles makes me want a clean house.

For me the best thing is to keep it that way and then it isn't
such a huge choir when you deep clean. I am like the other
answerers, Music. It makes you want to dance while you work.
