Many companies do not do background checks. The primary responsibility is with the mother. I think she carries the blame more than Wal Mart because she failed to keep the child under supervision. The outcome depends on the jury but if I were on the jury She would lose. Looks like the attorney has found a goldmine and will milk it all he can.

I hate to say this but Wal-Mart Won! I don't know how it happened. Thoughs jurors were stupid. This little girl will need to go years in to therapy, because Wal-mart dropped the ball. I think it is a shame.
