Check for viruses and spyware on your computer and then change your passwords.

It's probably a spam email cloning your email address, but to protect yourself you should change your password and not make easy for your email account to be hacked. Don't use common names and addresses, and put a couple of numbers in there as well like example "gun23hammer45" or similar, that will make it extremely hard to use an password engine on your password. Good Luck!

Well, I'd say that you already have proof.

However, consider that SPAM always uses a spoofed "From:" address so that is a possibility. Spoofing the "From:" address is childs play.

Just change the password for the suspected hijacked account. Make sure that you use a long, complex password for security, and change your password recovery "secrets" to something that is not easily guessable.
