Did anyone see that US Volunteerism is at an all-time high?

Check out the front page story in this weekend's USA Today. Can we PLEASE tell anyone who says the US doesn't give enough to shut up now?

Americans are absolutely a very generous people. Still, Americans have a distorted sense about how much PROPORTIONATELY (of time and money) they give (we tend to overestimate).
