Yes household chores are necessary (houses don't clean themselves) yet very limiting income producers especially at you age. Let me offer you a couple of ideas ...
You could get a CPR certification through the Red Cross and start a babysitting service. This service you could market to families you already know and create a simple flyer that you can post in local laundrymats, churches and businesses. You could charge $8-$10 an hour or whatever the family can pay. However, I wouldn't take less then $7.00. As a trained CPR provider you are telling your client (i.e., the parents) that you are a responsible and trained babysitter (it's also a good idea to have references/ 1 or 2 should be ok).
Also should you excel in one or more subjects consider offering private tutoring for a small fee ... let's say $5.00 an hour. At your age it's best to keep the tutoring fee low. A parent that hires you will expect results such as an increase in their child's grade in the subject (s) your tutoring. And an increase in a grade may result in you receiving a bonus (the parent may give you additional $$$). Should you be hired to tutor in more then one subject I suggest you still charge $5.00 an hour.
And the flyer you created for babysitting could be revised by adding tutoring. Now you're offering more then one service. The original flyer you posted would be replaced by this new one that included your tutoring service. You're now diversifying by offering more then one product or service ... in this case a babysitting and tutoring service.
(By way I would ask for cash but most customers will write a check).
And if you did some tutoring ... let's say twice a week 2 hours each time (Tues and Thurs) ... that comes to $20 ($10 each day). Should you do this every week you earn $80 for the month ($20 X 4 = $80).
Now let's say you babysit every Friday and Saturday and there are four weekends in the month you earn $320 ($80 X 4 = $320). And add to that a tutoring service you could earn a potential monthly income of $400 ($80 for tutoring and $320 for babysitting). Imagine earning $400 ... that's a lot of money for a 13 year old.
Of course the more business you have the more $$$ you earn. Both babysitting and tutoring will require a commitment of time and effort. And these are two examples of paying jobs that are always in demand especially at your age. And make sure you talk to your parents about these income earning ideas. And remember household chores always come first.

http://www.*************/index.php?ref=55129 as long as you are over 13 you can participate on this site and earn extra money. I would suggest you discuss it with your parents first though. Good luck! oh, depending on where you live of course try collecting cans and turning them in for deposits. Every nickle helps. Also if your parents dont use coupons ask if you cut coupons out if you can keep the face value of the ones they use. Then if the store doubles or triples coupons they save money off of the grocery bill and you can make a little money also. hope this helped

1) Walking dogs or Pet sitting
2) Washing windows
3) Delivering newspapers
4) Washing cars
5) Mowing lawns or pulling weeds
6) Scooping dog poop in back yards
Doing things that others either don't want to do or don't have time to do is always a good way to earn money. Good luck and you deserve praise for being willing to EARN your money!

I would say babysitting is your best bet, but if there's nobody around to babysit, possibly you could ((I know you're a girl and some girls don't like this stuff.)) mow lawns for people...elderly people? Pet sit? Have some friends over and wash peoples cars...I did that once when I was like 12, and we got quite a lump of money...just make sure you make signs so people know about it.
