I believe it is incest in a certain form. You should not be so deeply in love with her that you think about her like you would a girlfriend or wife. There should be a line that you shouldn't want to cross.

Incest is defined as sexual relations or marriage between people so closely related that it is illegal or ritually forbidden. So technically no. However it could be an emotional incest or an obsession especially if it is perventing him from establishing healthy relationships with other women.
