I would go with Chuck. He know martial arts so he could deal with the ninja. Most people discount the pirate right away as a distant 3rd but they are cunning and will cut yo ***. Chuck is the real deal and not to be messed with.

I had to find a lil help in expressing how I feel about pirates.
It's a bit long, but it's exactly what I wanted to say!

To correctly answer this it is imperative to examine how much money people are willing to spend on each one. Most of us are going to spend money on buying a ticket to see POTC, which will gross more money than any ninja or CN movie can dream of. Since we as a society are willing to pay for pirates, and not so much for the other two, it stands to reason that the PIRATE is the superior option.
