Not getting the chance to do what I do best. If I have to work without getting challenged I get unhappy. The best thing that can happen to me is to get stuck because I do not know something and have to learn. Getting my nose in the books and getting what I need to finish the job is what makes me happy.

Sometimes work is hard to contend to, without the pettiness that comes from nonchalant co-workers. Some need to remember their place and keep it professional.
