Think about this really hard. Can you imagine any animal doing that? It is not like there are toilet paper dispensers hanging on every tree in the woods, jungle, etc. Besides some animals would not be able to roll the paper off.Even if they did, there would not be any trash cans available and that would be another cause of pollution.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/qadDG
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

No, most animals don't, unless they hide it where you can't see it.
However, I did train my dog to use the toilet and clean himself with toilet paper. But then my cat just licks herself.

They don't use toilet paper, but hamsters use "potty sand" and cats use cat litter instead.

That reminds me of a funny joke.
Bear looks to Rabbit and says... "Mr. Rabbit, when you take a crap, does it stick to your fur?" Rabbit replys, "Why no, Mr. Bear, it does not." So the bear picked him up and wiped his @ss with him.
