Not necessarily. Some people are just like that.

not necessarily, I always do that and it's not out of attraction. My whole family does it so I just picked it up that way. As a matter of fact, I'm probably more likely to touch someone on the arm when I'm not attracted to them because I'm more shy if I do like them.

Maybe not the same meaning as you hope, but she is way more friendlier than normal. It seems that she has open herself to be touched back. Now its your move, take a deep breath and jump.

Don't read too much into this. She just knows how to get your attention. She probably does this with everyone she meets. She's a smart cookie.....if you think she has the "hots" for you....she needs to move on.

No. It means whatever she intends it to mean. All people are different. You should not make assumptions about such things. You would need more date to correctly interpret the meaning.

Many women flirt with men that way. If she grabs something below your belt then she really has the hots for you.

it depends on the girl. watch how she acts around other guys and if you notice that she's pretty outgoing and touchy, then i wouldn't read too much into the gesture. but if she's pretty conservative and keeps her distance, then she's definitely trying to set you apart from the others.

No. Some people are just touchy feely... She could be into you, but that is not the sure all sign.
