Tattoos are actually quite common among "exotic dancers".
Several tattoo artists I know even refer to a certian spot on a woman's body as the "Stripper" - (lower back) - because it's a very common area for women to get tattooed, and more so for strippers, because it draws attention to the g-string/***.
There may be some extreemly high-class gentlemen's clubs that don't want their dancers to have tattoos, but I think 98% of the time you're going to be able to look however you want in that line of work.

Yeah, sure, why not? Tattoos can be very exotic and attractive too.
