Start>All programs>Accessories>accessibility and select magnifier

Or if you have a mac, go into System Preferences, go to Universal Access, and click "Turn Zoom On". Then whenever you want you can type "Option/ï£¿/+" to zoom in, and "Option/ï£¿/-" to zoom out.
