It's painfully slow or It can't log in, It's not an internet problem as I'm able to log in OK using Firefox. any one have any answers?

Yeah, not only is IE7 still a beta version, it's a Microsoft beta version. Considering Microsoft software is buggy and useless at the best of times, what do you expect from a beta.
Notice that the only email account you can't use with Microsoft Outlook is the MSN hotmail service, which is made by... Microsoft!
Case closed, wait for the final version and use firefox for now.
P.s don't use media player 11 beta, all sorts of bugs with this as well. and for future reference don't use betas unless you know how to fix your computer after a major failure. It happens more than you would think.

Maybe what Tech said i'm using IE7 myself an i haven't had any slowness or failure to log in to yahoo mail.

in IE
go to Tools menu
select Internet Options
go to privacy tab
be sure that the Medium is selected
click on Advanced and unchek Override Automatic cookies handelling
apply and ok
restart your IE
and try again

Maybe you have malware that infects the IE7..
