Time for people to wake up...remember Pearl Harbor and the Japaneese. Guess what even the Japaneese are getting scared. Unite America and be the country we have always been....a proud and patroitic country.........we were up until now. I wish people were like they were 70 years ago. More pride then than now.

Where do you get your facts and lines of reasoning? There are no facts to back up your theory on the missile headed for Hawaii. North Korea must be handles with kid gloves since it does have nuclear weapons. Do you realize what will happen it N Korea launches a nuclear missile against another country. Up until now, there is what is known as "Mutually assured annihilation". This is the belief that no one will launch because it will cause an Apocalyptic war where there are no winners or survivors for that matter. N Korea's Kim Jong Il is one demented dude. He just doesn't care. He is willing to press the button. So is Iran believing they will bring on the new era where Islam rules and Allah will come down to earth and make it a paradise. We can't just invade like we did in Iraq. There's too much at stake.

The missile did not work!! North Korea has American troops on their border. We could crush them at their first real shot and they know that. They don't want a war and they don't want to attack us. They want to trade their missiles for , maybe, a lifting of the embargo, that has been in effect since the 50's. Or, at the least, some free market trade. China is open to free market trade , other then Cuba they(NK) are the only other isolated country. They are making noise for concessions from the UN and the US. Let the diplomats handle this and stop spreading fear.

First of all, I agree very much with "needsecretlink"...Bush being on tv making a farce of the war and other discrepancies going on and of course the media (Biggest plaything for Bush, he uses the media as if it were a toy for his own) would come out with "North Korea lauches missles headed for U.S. soil!!!....but it fell into the ocean." I think we need a comprehensive, effective, missile defense system so immature despots having temper tantrums can't achieve their aim of focusing serious attention on them through acting badly.
