ive had severe back pain since i was 14 from an injury. see your doctor as you may have a herniated disc in your spine. is your pain shooting down the backs of your legs? if so, you may have a pinched nerve compressing on your Sciatic nerve, which a doctor should examine.
Pain Management doctors in your area can be a wonderful help as well.
hope this helps.
if you need more advice from someone who's suffered as you are contact me.

did you hurt your back? Another thing.......how old is your mattress on your bed? If it's got this large dip in it....then it'll be time to change your mattress. Maybe you slept in a bad position? Anyway, for one reason or another, you've got some type of muscle spasm happening. So you're going to need to relax that spasm. Try using anti-inflammatory medicines, like Advil, take as the label says.....every 4 hours.......then try some heat. A heating pad, or even some Ben-Gay or Tiger-Balm (if you can stand that) may help. The main thing is to identify why that muscle is spasming, then to fix that. If this don't help then you'll need to go to a doctor, and get some prescription medicines. Best of luck to you......

If it is severe then see a dermotologist. They have some great new medications that will clear it up in a matter of weeks.
